1. A professional portfolio
This website introduces Handryan Hutasuhut, an independent website-development professional. Its purpose is to show a development approach, describe possible scopes and support an initial conversation. It is not a directory of verified client engagements or a certification service. No statement about a fictional interface should be read as a claim about an operating customer, a measured commercial outcome or an independently verified professional qualification.
2. Concept studies and original visuals
Reading Room, Daily Cup and Open Hours are original concept studies created for this portfolio. Their visuals are rendered interfaces, with fictional book titles, menu items and appointment choices. These studies are explicitly labeled as concepts, not client work. Names used inside them are demonstration labels and do not assert affiliation with any similarly named business. Their layouts illustrate presentation decisions without claiming that a real business uses the interface.
3. Interactive behavior has a limited purpose
The catalog and menu filters change the entries visible in the current page. The appointment example allows selection of a session and slot, then shows a local demo message. It does not check a real calendar, hold a time, contact a provider or complete a booking. No goods are sold through the concepts. A demonstration is useful for exploring an interaction, but must not be relied on to arrange a real-world appointment or transaction.
4. Scope and outcome of professional work
Service descriptions are starting points for discussing requirements. Actual effort, delivery dates, costs, integrations, maintenance and acceptance criteria depend on an agreed project. The portfolio does not promise a ranking, conversion improvement, revenue result or particular level of traffic. Browser accessibility and responsive behavior can be examined in a concept, but a concept does not establish certification or universal compliance for a future website with different content and systems.
5. Technical availability and third parties
Internet connectivity, browsers, hosting, delivery infrastructure and email software can affect access or behavior. A draft link depends on the visitor’s configured email application. Opening it does not prove an email was sent or received. Third-party services operate under their own policies. The authored portfolio uses local assets and no embedded booking or payment service; public delivery-layer features may still operate as described in the Privacy policy. Temporary errors should be reported with the affected page and behavior.
6. Accuracy, clarification and permitted reliance
Information may need correction or clarification as the portfolio develops. If a detail is material to your project, confirm it in the proposal or agreement before relying on it. The displayed contact and responsible-person information identify the portfolio operator; they do not certify a visit arrangement, regulatory approval or a particular contractual term. No illustrative number, time slot or fictional title creates an offer to provide that specific item to the public.
7. Agreements, rights and contact
A separately accepted project agreement governs the professional engagement alongside applicable requirements. This disclaimer does not override mandatory rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It should be read with the Terms of use, Privacy policy and Refund and cancellation policy. Questions or corrections can be sent to [email protected]. Identify the relevant page and concern so the issue can be understood without sending confidential access details or unnecessary personal documents.
